The Caring for Cognitive Impairment campaign is about improving the hospital experience of consumers – people with cognitive impairment, carers and family members – by improving the understanding and actions of all people who can make a difference.
There is information available in the resources section of the website, which will help all participants in the campaign including consumers, health service managers, doctors, nurses, allied health, hospital care and support staff, health professionals in primary health, community and residential care workers.
Individuals can get involved in the campaign in many ways. Sign up to commit to the campaign and receive regular newsletters and resources.
One of the best ways individuals can make a difference is by sharing their story. Select one of the groups below to read stories shared by individuals or share your own story.
